I'm assuming you don't know but the whole assembly just pulls up and you can look at the back of the cigarette lighter in about two seconds. Just pull up where the seam just in front of the armrest is.

I attached a photo anyway just in case you really needed it. Ignore the two blue scotchlok connectors. That's where I tapped into the circuit for something else.

Well actually I do know how to get under there and I've been tapping into that thing for months. Now it doesn't work and idk why

I had the same issue and some weird corrosion started forming at the bottom of the cigarette lighter. I cleaned it out and changed the fuse once I blew it. Now I can power my CB or my ambient lights.

Check your wires and ground
