Need Advice Regarding Trail Teams Suspension!!

I am looking to purchase a 3" OME life for my 2001 4Runner, however, I have a friend that is selling a Complete Bilstein 5100 Series shocks and springs, coil overs from an FJ Trail Teams. Does anyone know if this will work? It's more reasonable than the price of the OME lift from Toytec. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

You can use the springs, maybe the rear shocks. The front shocks are a no though. You'll have way too much lift. Here is some info on using FJ suspension
