So my A/C is not working, no cooling at all
. Its got a full charge w/ tracer dye to detect leaks. Theres no leaks that I can find. Now, the blower fan works fine and the A/C button light comes on when pressed. The belts are tight and the compressor is turning fine. (Vehicle info in signature)
However, with the engine running and I turn on the A/C, I don't notice any drop in engine rpm like normally happens when the switch is thrown, nor do I hear any discernible/audible click sound coming from the A/C compressor engaging as is normally heard when an A/C compressor kicks in. Finally, there is no cycling of the A/C compressor like normally happens when the A/C is running.
I wanted to check fuses, but I havent found any for the A/C system. I havent tested the CDS relays either (btw, which CDS relay is for the A/C system?).
Am I missing something, or might any of yall have any suggestions.
