Need assurance that these wheels will fit

I am looking at a black set of ion alloys from jcwhitney.com
I have a 97 4runner 4x4 sr5 with 265/75/16 tires....
will these fit ok?

the specs are: 16"x8" 6X5.5 -5mm 4.25" 108mm

Any input is appreciated.....THANKS

They have the same specs that I have on my wheels....I'm running 285's with no issues.......

like everyone else said.. hell, they might even make the stance wider and push the tire out just a tad.

ok sweet... thats exactly what i was hoping it would do.. i love the look of the tires outside of the fender a little
