I believe the 01-02 Limited used a darker color woodgrain than the 99-00 Limited woodgrain. Do you have a clear picture that shows the color well? I have one from a 2000 Limited

Hmm, alright if you say they are the same I will sell you one no problem. $45+ship if interested, or I have the complete woodgrain setup (guaranteed all same color) for $100+ship

I guess I need to take a picture. I need the center panel - mine is crumbled. But I don't know if the colors are the same. I just looked at 20 million 4runners on ebay to compare woodgrain... I have ... no ... idea.

Mine shattered on the left where the peg/clip go into the dash. It's just old and brittle.
I superglued mine back together until I need to pull it for a new stereo.

Appears that the wood grain plastic is a more brittle composition than the other variety. Good to know. Sorry yours is busted.
Yeah, I'll almost certainly replace with standard black bezel. I think it looks better anyways.
Holy Cow - I can't imagine pulling this bezel and NOT breaking it. Any pressure on this plastic piece and it shatters - 20 slivers dropped out when I lightly pulled on the bezel. And, 13 years of sitting in the Texas sun doesn't help.

Mine looks lighter than that. Based on what I have found, the 01-02 does indeed use a darker color woodgrain.
Is this bezel still available? If so I'd like to buy it. I've got a 00 limited wood grain and mine also is breaking apart slowly.
