I was driving on the freeway today at around 70 MPH in my 2003 V8 Limited with 155K miles when the engine just died. The check engine light came on and the A/T Oil Temp Light came on. I coasted to a stop and turned off the ignition and attempted to turn it on again, but it just cranks, but doesn't turn over. It doesn't sound like the battery is weak. All other electrical seems to work fine. The temperature here today was in the teens so it was quite cold. I checked and I am still getting fuel at the rails when I attempt to crank it.
I read the codes from the computer and it came back with:
C1223, C1224, C1241, C1246, P0504, P0571
They seem to be ABS electrical related codes, but would this make it so that the vehicle would not even be able to start?
I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
