<I>Performance Products has a new retrofit fog lamp kit for 1999-02 4Runners that can be easily installed in the factory location even if your 4Runner doesnt currently have fog lamps. Hellas new Projector DE light technology uses an elliptical reflector to direct the light to a focusing lens that gathers it and projects it onto the road. Although they are extremely compact these lights feature almost twice the output of conventional parabolic headlamps. Manufactured out of high-tech, durable magnesium, Hellas Micro DE lights easily install in place of factory fog lamps with the brackets provided in the kit. For vehicles that came without fog lamps, simply remove the plastic plugs in the fascia and use existing mounting bolts no drilling required. </I>
