Need help asap!!! P305 code, multi misfire, and very high idle

I am the owner of a 05 4th gen, its the 4wd limited (v6), and have run into an issue that has completely halted my ability to drive and I need this thing back for my daily driver.

Order of things that have happened:

- P305 code, only cylinder 5
Got out my diagnostics tool, read it and it was running all wonky on the AFR (dont remember exactly off the top of my head at this very moment), so I replaced the fuel injector after ruling out coils and spark and all that fun stuff

Whilst taking off my intake, I cleaned the throttle body as it was disgusting

Got everything assembled back together, and now my truck is misfiring worse than it was before, and has an extremely high idle

(newer mechanic so I'm still working on how to articulate everything)

Update:

After changing my PCV valve out (was checking mine and I was disgusting to rule out possibilities), and the AFR balanced back out, although the misfire is still back on cylinder 5.

Idle also seems to have calmed down after that
