need help choosing an amp

i am about to purchase a 4 channel amp to run my JL component set and 2 4.5 inch boston acoustic door speakers.

this am is simply for mids/highs....i have a 2channel amp for a sub i have that most likely won't make it into my new car.

yes i have a new car. a 2006 galactic grey 4runner sr5.

the factory unit is a cd/mp3 player and will stay in the vehicle....i am not installing myself as i have no idea what im doing.

i am spending less than 200 shipped (hopefully) for the 4 channel amp.

i have it narrowed down (i think, still open to suggestions) to :

4-channel car amplifier

i have heard great things about mtx...but obviously this isn't at the top of their product line.

im also looking at:

Pioneer GM-6200F

the pioneer is cheaper and a 2006 model...but will that mtx blow it away?

-using factory head unit
-JL audio component set (100-150W) (don't know which series off the top of my head)
-2 Boston Acoustics 4.5" FX4's




will either of those amps fit under the seat?

any other recommendations on an amp?

I LOVE JL audio but they are a bit pricey, and i'd rather put money into a chrome bullbar, or spoiler down the road...so saving is always good.

do u knoe the price for the jl e series are?, i think a e4300 will work, its alot cheaper thant the slash series, i personaly got the 300/4, maybe u can try phoenix gold, they are lil cheaper too.

they are both well over 200 bucks...and honestly like i said thats more than i wanted to spend..and would rather spend elsewhere


PLUS all the money i save on amp will go towards install fee's because i am an electrical noob and i am not installing any of this myself.

so im looking for bang for the buck, brand name, powerful for under 200
