NEED help! Daytime running light out????

My left front daytime running light is out on my 2008 4runner but my night time lights work perfect. I guess the daytime running lightis a different bulb. Can I just replace the daytime running light bulb and not the whole headlight assembly since the full night time light system works perfect??? Thnx
