Need help deciding a grill

Hi,

I need your input on whether or not i should go with a different grill style. Currently i am rocking the 96-98 grill and I am looking at the 2002 style grill painted to match the desert dune or the satoshi. For the satoshi I will make it look exactly like [MENTION=63060]rickashay[/MENTION] had on his 3rd gen. Any opinions will be very much appreciated

I personally think the Satoshi looks a lot more clean- its a fun and relatively easy project, plus you can always throw some lights behind it. Finished mine about a month ago:

Satoshi looks good and pays homage to Toyotas of the past and some of the present...who are paying homage to the past...

I'm not a big fan of the Raptor knock off on the actual Raptor or on our 4Runners, but to each his own and to all others....something else.

The satoshi esque is the way to go, it looks good it's custom and you can put whatever symbol or art on the mesh you want(although that makes it a no satoshi)...here's mine

Looks great! Haha it'd look even better with an aftermarket bumper instead of that damage multiplier, that way you could see your handi-work better.

Thanks, yeah I'd love one but I couldn't imagine needing it. I know that's hat many of y'all call the grille guards, but it comes in handy. I've got light mounts, I've got marks to proove it saved one of my headlights from destruction, and I've pushed quite a few cars with and before it and i definitely prefer not using my plastic bumper and scratchin it. To each his own I guess?
