Need help identifying wheel size

Hi there,
A guy on CL is selling a set of wheels for $100- he thinks they are 15x9's but from the pics , I'm thinking they are 16x8's...
Can anyone give me their best guestimate just by looking at the pics??

probably 15s as 16'' wheels hardly ever come up

they look like 15X8 to me. remember the wheel size is measured where the bead seats on the wheel not including the wheel lip
