Need Help..Interior lighting (gauges, HVAC) and rear tailights arent working!

Last night i was adding some LED's in my cup holders and when i tapped into a line for the power source I lost my interior lighting and also noticed my rear tailights are out. I checked most of the small fuses and none of them are blown. what is going on?

My first thought was fuse-but since it is not, I would check to make sure any of the lines you tapped into were not disrupted in terms of the loop/circuit. I have been toying around with this mod for a while unsuccessfully, and stalking the threads to find detailed instructions to complete it. No luck yet. If you figure it out, please post the steps for all of us to benefit.

Great! Thanks for sharing. For reference- oznium.com has prewired LEDs so you don't have to take a couple of the steps mentioned in that write up. May tackle this mod again this weekend.
Did you check the fuse box again? I was installing a dvd/nav 2 weeks ago and by chance short/blew a fuse in the process and had the same result you described.

yeah...it was the tail light fuse. everything is good now. I am going to finish that mod soon and i will post some pics when i do.
