Need help on my brakes.

i have a 1992 4runner 4x4 v6. about a week a ago when i push on the brake it goes smothly when the spead drops 30-15 and it starts knocking on the brake pannel. i've done brake fluid braining, adjusted the brakes, brake drums, and front brakes. everything looks fine and it still happens.

so if you guys can help me. thanks alot.
