It is a fair price as it is....so with negotiating, if you can get to $20K or under...you are doing pretty good. The dealership probably didn't pay more than $18K for it.

first have it checked out by a mechanic before you agree to anything.

If you are going to pay by cash.....I would wave $19K in front of them and see what kind of reaction they give you. Don't ever seem desperate and always be willing to walk away.
