What are the codes?
Do they (all) come back?
Is the CEL solid or flashing?
Temp?
White smoke, blue smoke?
Shaking?
Loss of power?
Weird sounds?
When did it start, is there a history?

And finally what the codes again?

Use a descriptive title (protip - "need help" means fukall), put the details of your trouble and what you want to know in your post. All folks are gathering from that gibberish is that you're having a misfire problem, is that right? What codes are being thrown, and exactly how is the engine behaving? Minor details like WHAT FAWKING MOTOR and what year would help too...

Prepare that Fetzer valve with some 3-in-1 oil and some gauze pads.

Pretty sure your blinker fluid is dangerously low, and you need to replace your flux capacitor.

hi sry all for the post im a noobie....i have an 06 toyota 4runner v6....i bought this bluetooth obd2 connector and gave the torque app a try. While i was doing the test results that code appear. My car runs fine and no check light engine....should i be worried at all and is anybody else using the torque app....sry for my english =) and sry again for the post without giving much info

Probably would do better in the 4th gen sub... Sorry I can't be more help, but you might get better response there.
