Need Help quickly - how to drop tail pipe

Hey Folks:

I need some help really quickly. Can someone tell me how to drop the tail pipe so that I can put in my new hitch .

Spray a little WD-40 on the rubber hangar then use a flat screwdriver and pry it off. Put the screw driver thru the hole between the rubber and the metal hangar pin. Should come off pretty easy.
