Need Help with a Frame Attachment Broken/Missing Piece, maybe?...(AKA What the hell?)

Greetings fellow 3rd Gen owners...I am in need of your assistance!
The attached pics are of my '02 Limited 4x4, I was finishing up putting on poly bushings on the front sway bar when I noticed the broken tabs connected to the frame.
My first thought is they might be for a shield (rock, splash, etc.), but upon looking closely it is made of some sort of a fiber material...plastic, fiberglass...
My T4R has the steel rock guards under the radiator, xfer case, and gas tank.
As Iam not the original owner, I assume a previous caregiver broke this off. (The radiator shield bolts are stripped and all different sizes, so I bet this is a casualty of Edwards HEAVY Hands!

With no clue as to what I should look for to replace it...I figured I would reach out to the community!

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Its just a plastic splash shield. My 00 had it too, I yanked it and tossed it I think, just got in the way when I was working on stuff. There's a pic in this thread if you want to see what it looks like off the truck.....

For $138, I will remove the broken tabs and call it a day!
Appreciate the assist...the biggest reason I try to stay away from used cars...but for a 3rd Gen, no other choice!

Full p/n is 51495-35010, It can't be that essential, as 5 speeds don't have it but autos do, at least in '99. I just checked. My truck never had one.

My 97 didn't have one either, but I installed one. It covers the fuel filter and fuel tubes. It breaks easily when you put it on a lift.
