Long story short, got the dreaded strawberry milkshake, swapped out the radiator, as I'm closing everything up I notice my hood wont latch shut, check the cable and sure enough it's busted. Order the new cable, it comes in, and that's where the trouble starts. Mistake number 1, I began pulling the old cable out without tying a string to it to reroute the new one. Mistake number 2, decided to call it a night and finish up the cable in the morning and what did I do? Shut the hood!!!! :cry2: Now it is latched and I have no way to unlatch it. Does anyone know a way to get the hood open that doesnt involve me ripping the grill out to unbold the latch? Also, does anyone know how the release cable is routed from the firewall to the latch? Thanks in advance for any assistance and please feel free to laugh at my stupidity.
