NEED INFO ON 89 PARTS, 1ST GEN, not getting spark

Ok my 89 runner would not start, check for spark, none at plug or coil. Had to tow it out of the Sierra's, fire nearby and many lighting strikes. Lots of excitement. Had a shop look at it---can't get the ECU to talk to him- no pulse in the distributor. Also, two bar injector wires that were sparking.
He said it could be the ECU, coil/ignitor, and or the distributor.
I'm thinking of buying all 3 used for an 89 , which is the same as 88 , and it's the 3.0 auto.
Any suggestions or alternate opinions and yeah, info on parts. Will be posting in the wanted section.

Yeah, the black/red stripe has voltage at the ignitor plug

relay check

there are several relays that need to be energized before the engine will run . . have you tried to jumper the fuel pump to see if it will run?
There is a COR relay. EFI relay, starter relay, afm Relay

I'm guessing you haven't pulled any codes, that'd help narrow it down. I have a 22RE and the distributer has a spark signal sender attached to it. If the sender goes bad = no spark, no start, it's as if you removed all the spark plugs. I found it via a process of elimination using the CEL codes.
