need info on solid axle swap on 87 4R

i want to swap my ifs to a solid axle . i would prefer to do the work myself . weld and everything . what brands or parts will i need and the cost of the outcome . need a little info .

Lots of options. Most will say go with marlin stuff. All pro and trail gear also make kits. Sky off-road I believe sells most of the required parts as well

I just did an sas on my rig and used almost all trail gear stuff because they were the only ones that make right hand drive hi steer. If your in canada, trail gear canada has awesome customer service. Plan to spend at least 1500$ or more depending on what all you upgrade and how much you find an axle for. My final build was much higher than that but everything is overbuilt and brand new.

Budget a fair amount of time for removing old brackets unless u have a torch.
