I need a complete motor for a '95 4Runner. It is a 3.0L V6 3VZ. I have an auto tranny w/4WD, but that is fine. If I get an older model year motor, do I have to switch over the intake or other stuff that is not on the older motor?

I have a line on an '88 model 3.0 V6. Is this the same?
