Need new A/C compressor, any reason this one won't work? (link)

My A/C compressor has been getting louder and louder, of course Toyota wants some mental amount for one, so any reason this Denso unit from partsgeek wouldn't work? As far as I can tell it "should" work fine.

What do you guys think?

A few years ago I had to replace my a/c compressor also. If I remember correctly it was a Denso compressor. Was told that they manufactured the compressors for Toyota. I had an independent shop do it and not the dealership. Cost $1k out the door. Some other parts were replaced also. Been working great ever since and I live in Phoenix, AZ.

I figured it would be ok, I see Denso stamped all over this thing and I suspect Denso is who made the original compressor. Even both of my Mercedes have Denso A/C compressors, and they seem to be reliable units, not sure why this one is any exception; although Toyotas usually are trouble-free (especially under 100k like mine) but this 4runner has been more like a Jeep with all the problems it's had/still has.
