Need New Cat Converters ... fast

They had to pound in a good bit where the steering shaft was rubbing. They also had to reroute and bend the oil dipstick. They bolt straight up to the block. Then they made a custom Y-pipe. I think there were other places they had to pound and bend to clear the strut towers...all in all nothing a good shop couldn't handle.

Just talked to a high performance shop here. Said they would custom build me some stainless steel headers with the air tubes for $2k. Thinking I may go this route as they would be high grade, warranty and made for mine specifically.

Another update

Just another update ... it's been eight months now and the cats are working fine. I still get that rotten egg smell when accelerating but, other than that, no problems. No CELs or any other lights. Seems like the Davico cats turned out to be a pretty good deal and I'd gladly recommend them in the future.
