I don't know any good systems off hand that even help the 3.0 for under 300$ a shop can put in a cat back with a flowmaster for under 300.

I can go to a muffler shop, ask for a catback with a flowmaster, and should expect a quote near $300? Sounds good.
From Grand rapids, I lived out there for 3 months for an internship with Amway. Cool city.

Ether way check into it. It's like 6$ a foot here with 8$ a bend and they weld the hole thing up in less then a hour so it's easy and cheap.

We can get you a DYNOMAX Catback for $110 after rebate, brand new. Its not 100% bolt on, but will replace the pipe & muffler with non-rusted out metal!

Will I be able to pass smog in California with this exhaust?
The "Exc. 93-95 Calif." in the description makes me think otherwise

Aside from it not working with whatever they did to the Cali smog version of the 4 runner, you may need to have the CARB # to get it to pass.
I doubt they put another o2 sensor back that far, but if they did, you may not have a bung to screw it into, that's the only thing I could see to keep you from installing it.
My suggestion would be to just take it to an exhaust shop in your area, tell them what you want and see if they will do it for the price you want. I've done my exhausts like this for years and got exactly what I wanted, including having them install the muffler a certain way while its up on their lift, and never spent more than 200 bucks on it (with a flowmaster once and a dynomax muffler another time because I hated the whistling sound I had from the flowmaster at certain rpms). Of course, this was about 15+ years ago, so it will probably be right around 300 bucks nowadays for the same setup.
I'm not a big fan of clamps, a fully-welded system with one of these flex pipes will keep the system from breaking or putting pressure on the exhaust manifold studs in the future:

Alright, thanks for the advice. I'll consult with a muffler shop first to see what they can do.

I bought a stand alone muffler. The shop bent my exhaust pipe in house and welded up my muffler. You should be able to do the same for 300 or less
