Need new oak cloth interior door handles

I've been all over the net and can't find where to buy the top part of the interior door handles....the ones that just snap on and off on the 2000 4R.

Anybody know where I can get these either new or in really good condition?

I wonder if they are the same on 08'? If you're a member on Yotatech, there's a guy over there that just recently started a part out on a 98' that's tan interior, maybe he still has them.
