Need OBDII Scanner in Santa Barbara, CA

I just got a CEL and I guess the autozone shops can't read them any more because it's illegal in CA? I called a few to verify and they all said the same thing.

So... anyone near me that we could meet up and you could run a scan as a favor? I just want to pull the code so I know why the CEL. Rig runs perfect. I have a mechanic in Ventura, so not really looking to drive and meet up; if I need to drive, I'll just go see him.

I bought a scanner and found out it's the S/F sensor (Cali model obviously). Also, if anyone needs help scanning or clearing a code, I'd be happy to do it for $10. That'll save you some dough and help me recoup the cost
