Need opinions on gear ratios?!

So I got a quote from a local shop and they said 550 with parts + plus tax, is that a good deal?

That's not bad, if it's for both.

5.29 and 33s is very doable. I'd call it almost necessary with an auto and 22re, probably not quite so much with the VZ. I'm at 3200 rpm when I'm doing 75, not horrible at all.

Well it's for 4.88 with 32" tired, and it's a 2wd.

Ok, didn't know it was 2wd.
Does it have an 8" rear like the 4wd?
2wd trucks have a 7.5" rear while the 4wd trucks have an 8" rear.
Don't know if they do that with the 4runner.
Those ratios may not be available for a 7.5" rear.

Also,

Talk to James at the Truck Shop in San Diego. There are right at the main gate at Base. They are solid dues and know what the hell they are doing. I just took a friends truck there. In the end he was not happy the way something was going so he kept it for a few extra days. Didn't pay a penny for the extras days they worked on it. Solid place, It was a remote start they were putting in for a friends truck along with a list of other stuff also.

These are the guys in going thru. He says he has like 15 plus years with diffs. I have good vibes about this shop, so ima go with them, I've call the trail shop and to expensive.
