Need part help! '05 7 pin cover

I know it's a random part but it fell off while I was towing something. It is the little "lid" that flips down when you are not using your 7 pin connector. It's circular and black. The plastic that holds the spring broke on mine. Now, when I go above 70mph, the car makes a hissing noise. They are telling me I need to buy the whole wiring kit at $250....

Please help!
