need part #s for a/f and o2 sensor????

want to change these out cause i don't know if they have been done since i bought my 4runner used. i believe denso makes the factory ones. does anyone know the part #s for these sensors cause i want to go oem. i have a 97 2wd 4runner 3.4L. i bought my 4runner in california but not sure if that matters or not since emissions there suck ass. thanks if you can help.

x2 on that. I just did that very thing a matter of hours ago.
The other direct site is right form the horse's mouth at Denso's website.
I found my a/f sensor for my 2000 Cali-spec 4wd auto and ordered it from Amazon. URD wanted $167.99 plus shipping and Amazon has it for $124 shipped. Best price I have seen or heard of.

That first one clearly states "except Calif". The non Calif sensors are cheaper. You did say you have a Calif spec 4runner? I think I found our Calif A/F sensor on ebay for around $110.

if i did say mine was cali..i was wrong. i'm pretty sure its non cali. but how do u find out again? we bought it in like '03 i believe and we are all the way over here in atlanta

Correct--if it can't be read, count cats. 2 cats = Cali. Check, because Cali.'s were sold all over the US in '99. I bought my '99 Cali. new in NJ.

Hello guys, I own a 98 4runner SR5 with V6 that we bought new in 98. It now has 175,000 miles and besides routine maintenance, have only had to change a rear axle seal (for some reason twice in a year and a half) and that's it. Now my engine light came on and it codes out with the PO171 code so I pulled this forum up and

That socket is useless for our flange type of fitment. Most on here would say to stick with OES Denso plugs rather than Bosch. I have never tried them (Bosch) myself, but I will say the Denso replacements have worked great since I put them in.

Should I buy a Walker or a Denso brand as the one I currently have is not working right, the car does have a California system. I had purchased one Walker air fuel ratio sensor and it reduced MPG quite a bit, however uncertain if just a bad sensor or a bad part in general. Yep, Denso or Toyota only (same part, just Toyota costs more).

I just replaced both of mine and it's a Cali model. Go with denso, got them off of amazon and they come with gaskets.

#234-9002($110) forward and #234-4153 ($45) aft for an auto Cali model.
