Need right angle hitch receiver

Hey yo!
So I picked up a Pro Series Rambler 2" hitch carrier. One thing I wished it did was fold up when not currently carrying cargo. I looked around but wasn't able to find an "adapter" with a right angle bend which would install on the 4R's hitch and allow me to stow the carrier in the upright position. Thought I would throw it out to the group for some help.
I managed to find something which converted a vertical receiver to a horizontal receiver but based on the pictures it doesn't look like it would quite work as the pin hole on the shank side looks a bit short.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you considered having one fabricated? How about an adapter that would fold?

That'll work except I'm not sure I like that it extends the basket out even further.
Fabrication might be a last resort if I can't find something already on the market. What I'm looking for is pretty simple in design. I'd be surprised if it doesn't already exists.
