Reaching out for a COMPETENT mechanic to check out '87 4runner SR5..New head, new timing set up, new TPS. Truck located in southern Iowa. About an hour from Des Moines. If you can help Private message for more details. We are having timing problems.

long story short

set timing to specs. still showing code for TPS..showing code for switch signal..still no low end power.

Did you check your TPS with a multi meter to be sure it is adjusted correctly?
