Need some help - Rear Window ECU TSB - Is this the part?

Has anyone done this?

TSB: 113996 Unintended window roll down

The guy at the Toyota service desk, super cool, but didn't seem like he understood the issue or what I was asking for...

He quoted me $700+ for PN: 8593035070

I found it here for less, but want to make sure that this is the ECU for the rear.. description isn't very good on the site.

If you're going to order new, order it online. Not sure why you need a brand new one though. Seems like you could pull one from a junkyard for a fraction of the price. I don't think these things go bad very often.

This happened on my '97 some years ago - you can search here, I posted about it more than once in response to others with the same issue.
Cliff notes - On mine, same situation...window rolled down by itself in the wet. Would not roll up...I had to run wires directly from the battery to get the window back up (and we were camping at the time, so fixing this was extra McGyver).
Once home, I tracked the issue down to the short piece of harness that runs between the hatch keylock itself and the rest of the hatch harness. Nothing in my rig was fried though.
Removing this short section resolved the issue with the window rolling down by itself. I never bothered replacing it. The issue is probably in the little rotary contact portion that interfaces with the backside keylock. Without this short section in place, the window still operates as you'd expect, but I have to use the switch up front. I don't miss the key-activated feature.

This is interesting. Mine isn't keyless, but the first time it happened, I was unlocking the hatch from the lock on the back. I'll pull it apart and see if there's any contact. Once it dries out, everything is fine once again

The issue with junk card electronics is you're never sure they work. Also, this was a TSB, so I assume there was an updated part released - I think I'd be taking guess as to which salvage 4runner has the updated part and hoping I got the right one.
