Need some help with rough running 95 4Runner

I have a 95 4Runner with 185,000 and have had it for 1 1/2 years. For the past month it has lacked power (cannot get above 3000 RPM without a struggle), has run generally rough, sputters, hard to start and at times idles rough. This is what has been done:

new fuel pump
new fuel filter
changed plugs
new radiator (Needed one, not related to other problems)

Initially, the fuel pump seemed to resolve the issue. It used to shake violently, almost as if there were moisture in tank and I would have to pull over, but the subtle issues remain. What should I check next? PS:The typical engine issue with this one was resolved at about 135,000 by a previous owner.

Have you cleaned the injectors???

my next guess would be 02 sensors or the throttle position sensor, seems to be a common issue on these motors....

This happened to my buddy, it was a pinched gas line that was cause's his issue.

did it come on relatively quickly... could be water in your fuel, some denatured alcohol in the tank should solve the problem and wick up the gas... i recommend 1/2 gallon on a 1/4 of a tank and run it till she's dry, then fill up with fresh gas. also i would recommend cleaning injectors or at least running injector cleaner for a few tanks.

if problems persist i'd take a glance at your timing 10 degrees adv with a jumper wire between terminals e1 and te1 on your diagnosis plug is stock.

if timing is in spec and no water/clogged injectors i'd say heres your most likely issue, either a bad coil, or burnt wires arching out.. check the passengers bank of plug wires, they are very common to get burnt by the EGR or exhaust manifold
