Need some help with upcoming maintenance

I have a 2003 2WD V6 4Runner with 99,XXX miles. I really want to take care of this truck as my plan is to keep it for good. However, i'm not completely maintenance savvy and will be taking it to a shop to have everything done.

I've been reading a lot on here and T120 and I'm planning on:

• Cleaning MAF Sensor, replacing serpentine belt/tensioner/pulley, tune-up, fuel injector cleaning, air filter, and flushing the radiator.

Is there anything on that list I shouldn't worry about? Anything I need to add onto it?

Recommended maintenance schedule from Toyota at 100k miles. You can change the mileage interval to see different items required.

Cleaning the MAF sensor is a very simple but also very delicate operation, so make sure your shop has some experience with Toyotas and understands what you mean by cleaning the MAF sensor. The sensor is about $150 for a new one if it gets broken.

I'm not sure what a "tune-up" would involve these days. Years ago, there were several parts of the ignition system that needed to be changed on a regular basis and the carb was adjustable, so doing that work was a "tune-up". Today, none of those parts exist, thanks to electronic engine control and fuel injection. The spark plugs on the V6 need to be changed every 30,000 miles, so I'd ask for that specifically if that needs to be done.

The belts/pulleys, radiator flush, and engine air filter sound like good ideas to me. The fuel injector cleaning is probably debatable; I think some people would say to do it and others would tell you to just add some cleaner to your next tank of gas.

Change out the fluid in your rear differential. I pass on the FI cleaning, I throw in a bottle of Techron into a tank of Premium after every oil change instead. Might want to take a look at the throttle body and clean it if need be.
