Need some opinions

Hi all this is my first post on here wish I would have know about this site when I had my last 4runner. I used to have a 2000 2wd 4runner and am looking to get into one again. So this is where I need some opinions there is a 99 Limited for sale locally. It has 4WD and the e-locker which are awesome but it has 200k miles. My guess is the radiator had a leak and it overheated because it has new head gaskets, t-belt, radiator, water pump, and injectors. I know these trucks have great motors and 300k is not uncommon but what about the tranny and drivetrain. Basically is it worth 7,000 for a limited w/ 200k miles.

I recently bought a 99 limited 4X4 (no locker), 225,000 miles, super clean in and out for $5,000. If its been maintained well, $7,000 is OK in my opinion, nothing too steep but not a great deal. If its got some new parts like the timing belt and such it may be a plus, I have already put close to $1500 in mine since i bought it in January doing the timing belt, water pump, valve cover gasket, tune up, and I had a leak in the rear axel, all common problems Im told, so techincally im in mine more like $6,500 now. Check to see if it was maintained well, might not be a bad deal, good luck!
