Need some parts. Recommendations?

I have a 2000 4wd Limited and I need to replace the spark plugs/wires and the shocks. I do a decent amount of towing so I'd like to get some shocks that are suited for that. Maybe the stock shocks are good enough, I don't know. I'm looking for what everyone thinks would be the best to buy? I do notice the rear sink a bit when I hook up a trailer. I'd like to solve that issue. Maybe I need something in addition to the shocks? Comments?

As far as plugs go, I want to get the best mileage/performance as possible so I want the best plug/wire set out there.

Let me start with I don't know a lot about 3rd gen...

1) Wires: OE seem to keep most people happy for a long time. I'd probably go OE from a dealer that offers an internet discount.
2) Plugs: There's many choices. In general the 'trick' plugs tend to be a lot of hype and very little "go". NGK or Denso Iridiums seem to work very well, last a long time, give good power and mpg.
3) Shocks: I don't know for a 3rd gen specifically. In general Bilstiens or Tokikos are pretty damn good.
4) Shocks don't carry weight. To help with the sag you need springs or an Airlift 1000 or Firestone airbag system. They run around $100 and work very well for levelling a loaded vehicle.

Thanks Chris. The book calls for dual ground plugs as required? Is this true?
