you did not mention how old your battery is. I think it's just your battery or check the voltage.

If the battery checks out it sounds like your alternator isn't charging it. They should be able to check that too for you.

Wait, does that even make sense? If the battery is full, the alternator would be working, no?

Anyhow, looks like I didn't connect the ground back to the stock mangled clamp well enough. I purchased a new clamp and the car started right up without the alarm going insane. Problem solved for now.

Ahh, I took it as the load test came back good but needed a charge. Sounds like you figured it out.
