need sunroof help(lots of pictures)

so i took my truck to my dealer to get my sunroof fixed a few days ago. i got it back with no changes made. they said that they took it apart and found nothing wrong. well when i got it back this is what i got.

if anyone could take a video of their sunroof opening and closing so i could compare and show the dealer how it should operate that would be great. trying to get all this fixed as soon as possible because it has a 30 day warranty

You may have to readjust it. Just tilt the sunroof up, let go of the switch, and then press the tilt up switch and hold until you see the sunroof move.

It realigns the sunroof, I had that issue on my 2003.

i did what you said. its fixed, a whole lot better then going to the dealer and having them not figure it out and be without it for 5 days or more like the first time thanks. that was a big help and saved me a lot of time and frustration. auto close didnt work for like the first 6 or 7 times. herd the popping sound the first time i did that and also the second time i tilted it. all looks good but im going to look at it in the morning. thanks again

I'm surprised the technician did not perform the relearn procedure as part of the repair... particularly on something as finicky and annoying as a sunroof.
