need tires for rims!

whats up t4r pro's im trying to upgrade my rims there are 15's i need some tires i can buy for these. just to let you know i need something for daily driving, maybe trails and stuff. my truck is not 4x4 but i still want something good! i was looking for duratracs but they only got 10.5 i was looking for 12.5 but dont know if theyll fit my truck. please help:thumb3:

Any reason why you would go for 12.5? It might cause some rubbing. I would go with the 10.5's for just street driving and moderate trails. I'm assuming you are going with 31's. Have you already bought the 15's? If not you might want to get some 16's because they have a greater selection of tire sizes and you can fit bigger brakes.

if u have not purchased any wheels yet I would just go get some 16s
and yes on stock height u would defiantly rub if u run 12.5
but it all depends on backspace

I just lifted my truck I'm looking yo replace my tires they are BFgoodwich all terrain ko 265/75/16 probably the biggest u can go on stock height.
I live in orange county, the tires are bout half way done even wear no camber wear or nothing like that. lmk

I also recommend a 10-11.5 tire for the truck. If you stick with the 15" rim then your choices would be 31x10.50 or 33x10.50 in say a BFG AT or Duratrac. Another option would be the 32x11.50 in most popular AT patterns. I have got really good longevity out of my Nitto Terra Grapplers so far and they are still going strong at 40k miles.

If you have not bought the rims yet then I second the motion for going to a 16 inch rim in order to allow for future brake(Tundra) upgrades. Would suggest the 265/75/16 in that case in a good AT

right about now i am on stock sequoia wheels with 265/70/16 i like how the ride looks. real talk!!! it causes a little rubbing but not as aggravating as some other wheels rub. but i still have alot of thread to go on my Bf goodrich tires can i just swap them out? with the new rims??
