Need wax after using Turtle ICE Liquid Polish??

I know polish should be done before applying wax. But on turtle website, it says: "ICE® is a clear wax formulated....Unlike conventional waxes, ICE™ can be applied in direct sunlight or on a hot surface without streaking or wax build-up"

So I'm kinda confused right now. Is turtle ICE polish or wax or mixed? Do I need to apply wax after using it?

Waxes and polishes have deviated from their original formulations and purposes so that now almost all waxes and polishes share very similar if not identical properties. In short, your polish does not need to be followed with wax.

It's probably an all-in-one formula that incorporates the benefits of polish and wax. I would apply it as is and see how it lasts without using a last step product (LSP, i.e. wax or sealant). Compare that to the last product you used, if it's equal or better then you don't need a LSP. If it doesn't lasts as long as you like, then do a LSP the next time around.

Similarly, Klasse's All-In-One is a cleaner, polish and wax. It does all three and provides upto six months of paint protection.

Because my area has lot of snow in winter time, it's very easy to get dirty. I usually wash my car once a month. So my another question is: do I need apply the ICE every time after washing my car (once a month)?

No, you don't. when you wash your car, make sure you don't use dish soap, since dish soap will strip any wax. Waxing every 3-4 months should be sufficient if you do it right.
On the other hand, (from my experiences), I don't recommend Turdle Products. There are way better over the counter options. Sure bet brand will be Meg's.
On the hand that's not my other hand, I have mixed experiences with multi purpose products. When you consider what they do, it should be impossible for a single product to clean/polish, and wax/protect at the same time. However, I use Klasse AIO and Klasse SG on single stage paints and it works immaculate. On every other car, I use separate polish, wax, sealant combos.

Use a carwash formulated shampoo and follow it up with a detailing spray, you should get three months or more out of waxing, if the car is garaged inside.
