Do you have to take the seats out to install those wet Okoles?
They are pretty good seat covers from what I've seen in a actual vehicle

Those CalTrend Neosupreme seat covers are really good. They last forever. They aren't cheap, but they are less than wet oks.

It's easier if you do, but not necessarily. Just take your time and you can do it. I added seat heaters to my seats as well when I did it. Not the wet okole ones, but got them from amazon to save my 12v outlets.

So you got seat warmers that wire in to the factory harness under the seat? Would you recommend them? I'm probably moving to Alaska soooo...seat warmers are on my short list.

I wish they wired into the harness! But they're the 'generic' from amazon. I had them in my chevy, and had to put them in the 4runner after that sold. Pretty much amazing, and really inexpensive and easy.
I ordered my Wet Okoles on a group buy, but direct through them. Easy to work with and arrived quickly. No complaints.
This is what I ordered from Amazon. I just put them on top of the seat, and under the cover when I installed. works like a charm.

OH ok. So you didn't tap into the harness. Where did you get your 12v? Just under the dash? I need to find a group buy! Really wanting WO seat covers but the wife is not excited about 600 for seat covers. lol

I've got a relay box under the hood with 5 extra fused slots, but in my chevy I just found a switched 12V and did the add-a-circuit fuse.

I HIGHLY suggest taking seats out to install them. The straps to tighten them down go around both sides of the seat and attach to each other underneath. You will have a hell of a time strapping those if you don't take the seats out.
Among the entire interior, seats are actually one of the few things that are really easy to take out lol. Good luck

Not sure about those, but I have a set of Wet Okoles and didn't need to remove the seats. I didn't find it all that hard to get the straps around the bottoms of the seats, but maybe that's just me.

The WOs are REALLY nice, but with the group buy for WOs going on now, I’d still be saving $200 going with CalTrends. So tempting though...

For sure. I was more meaning that the Wet Okoles seem to be among the tightest fit of the many different covers, so if I didn't feel the need to remove them, then those you linked would probably be fine. I should have been a bit more clear.

Wet Okole install
I just installed wet okole front seat covers in my sons 2004 limited 4Runner with taupe leather interior. We had a hard time deciding on a color and ultimately decided to match the interior so we got them made in taupe with grey piping with a black center console cover. I think they look great.

I got mine last week from the group buy a couple weeks ago but just installed them yesterday.
Just got the standard color, not the full piping since I read there was some issues there in some other threads.
Very good quality imo, I've had other sets of seat covers before such as the Costco Coverking Veloci-Vent Custom Fit and the Wet Okoles are wayyy better quality.. Granted the costco ones were around $106 vs Wet Okole $281 with the group buy discount... So almost 3x the price.
Also got the cleaning kit with it in case something happens in the future.
Install wise, I wasn't gonna remove the seat or any parts so it was frustrating doing the side buckles but I finally figured out the trick
(push the seat in until you can see the space or metal on the sides of the seats--
that way you can insert/drop the buckle/straps with ease vs using a like a plastic insert wedge tool)
I was able to do the passenger side in less than 5 mins after spending like 30mins on drivers side.
I'd say mine matches well with the tan interior and weathertech mats.
