Nesting hummingbird

Recently I spotted a hummingbird in its nest, a few blocks from our house:

cool find and great shot! i thought those little bastards never quit flying long enough to sit in a nest

That's awesome, I have never seen one in a nest. We feed them here and they are so fun to watch, especially how territorial they are. It's like a aerial dogfight at times.

Very cool. I don't think I've ever seen one that wasn't moving. Definitely haven't seen one nesting
