Dead mouse in the vent

I pulled my blower motor hoping it was there. Fairly clean…

I pulled the center faceplate thing and there was a decent nest in there so I vacuumed all that up but I’m still getting that scent of death coming from this vent. I stuck the vacuum as far back as it would go but got no luck there.

Right now, my best option that I can come up with is to just wait it out until he’s not stinky anymore. Hoping it’s a small one! Any ideas?

Buy a cheap bore scope to explore the ducting before tearing more of the dash apart
