Our last trip to Florida, and we were right about Pensacola. Looked out the window, and saw this flying at us really fast. Tried to get a couple pics. Can't believe how close it was...I know it wasn't right next to us, but still close in my book.

I hate to break up the party before things get really out of hand, but...back to the original question--Millerad, there is a Navy base in Pensacola, so you may very well have seen one of their fast movers on your flight. I actually had no idea what state the MCAS Miramar was in so I started typing it into google which did it's usual crap of making suggestions, the first of which was Miramar FL. I partly blame google for not correctly reading my mind and seeing that I was attempting some Top Gun humor.
