New 07 owner quick question

I just wanted to stop by and say hi and show off my new baby. Shes an 07 sr5 stock. I had a question does it have a timing belt or timing chain? I traded up from a 4 banger yota and love it.

Thank you for the quick response . My 4 banger had a timing chain and the v6 model had a timing belt thats what i was wandering.

Also sorry to bother again where would the dip stick for the tranny be? I swear i looked all over the place and the book dosent say where it is.
 
Ok sounds great. i had a Nissan titan that was supposedly good for 100k or more so you think that I would be ok to wait to atleast 100k before changing it.
 
Yup no tranny dipstick. Chris (CJ3Flyr), as you will soon realize, is one of the most helpful members on the forum. He knows his stuff.

He also always seems to beat me to responding! :sobbing:

Former Titan guy too... I liked mine, the T4R is a better fit for my life. The second you get off-road you'll figure out ATRAC is ABLS that actually works! My Titan had the locker so I didn't mind the fact that Nissans ATRAC was weak at best.

If you like me once in a while you'll miss it but overall you'll be very happy with the T4R.
