I'm picking up a 98 Limited 4x4 in desert dune this afternoon, and I can't wait. It is the cleanest 13 year old vehicle I've ever seen. I will post up pics later after I get it. Planning on coilovers, small rear lift, 265s/wheels, and a few other odds and ends. I'm coming from an 08 Tacoma, looking forward to having a nice Toyota 4x4 with no payment! ha! Can't wait to do some wheeling/exploring in it. This is an awesome site, I used the buyers guide as my bible when looking for this. Let the modding begin haha. :gun4::uzi::banana::guitar2::AK47::party::sniper::guitar3:

Well here it is! I call this color combination "terrorist silver" because it's what they all look like in the middle east haha. I really lucked out finding one this old in this condition. Bought it from a 60yr old preacher who only used 4x4 a couple of times. It literally has new car smell. I know, I know, you all LOVE my bullbar and running boards...

I don't think the 33's from my Tacoma are gonna fit without some trimming.....:

De-grandpa'd a little:

Looking good! And I kinda like the bull bar.

Oh and buying it from someone who didn't put it in 4wd that much isn't always a good thing. Make sure that it engages and disengages without issues and you should engage/disengage it maybe once a month.

That thing is CLEAN!! Looks a little tan to me though.. :D

I don't know about the others, but I want to see pics of this taco.

Haha thanks guys, I've studied most of the stickies already but will read some more in the next few days. 4x4 engages just fine. He engaged it a lot so he says to keep it lubed, just never USED 4x4. Here's the Taco, I'm going back to school and got sick of my steep payment on it, so bought the runner cash. Had a good time in this truck too:

Thanks man. 2 problems with it, it was 2wd and it had a big payment haha. Everything else rocked. Just stayed away from mud and went really fast and it did great offroad.
