Update: dealer is having a guy take a look at it this weekend, based on pictures and that its a new windshield from the dealer since it had a chip in it, possibly the glue but unsure. Ill keep you posted.

That's sort of where I was headed. Somebody did something up in there and it ain't bodily fluids.

Methinks no glue is used on any windshiel install!

other than that I can't imagine what it would be....I sure don't think it is rearview mirror adhesive, but who knows?

ya i have no idea but hope to know soon. My OCD is killing me, im sure it had to of dried fast for no one to of wiped it up.

update for everyone, dealer had a brand new dash put on it. They tried some solvent that messed it up and discolored it, then tried to dye it all well knowing that if they messed up they would just warranty a new one. So after a few weeks of waiting got a hot new dash for free. Pretty sure they just split the dash and blamed it on a faulty part and used a comp warranty to cover it. But i appreciate a dealer who does sketchy shit to take care of me haha.
