Just remmember the Sport Editions chiming in here are all from after the refresh year 06+. It might be that the 03-06 Sports don't have this feature. My 07 Sport does too.

A few others should chime in around your year and say something.

They are divided by 03-05 and 06+ not 03-06, but I agree that it could be this. Either that, or they tampered with something at some point in time.

My buddy has an 08 sport, and his shut off as well.

i have an 04 sport in white. same exact truck. if you leave the headlights on when u leave the truck they WILL turn themselves off after 30 seconds. It is a standard feature on the sport edition models i know for sure. You can also press lock twice and they will go off. I always do it because my driveway is really dark.

Let us know what the dealer says. I have the SE as well and my lights go out. Just to verify you set your alarm when you leave the vehicle and the lights still stay on?
