Whats up everyone. I just recently purchased a 98 Limited with 112k miles. Its in prisitine condition. One owner vehicle and was very well taken care of. The only thing it needs is some new shocks and Im guessing a ball joint (it has a shimmy to it above 60-65). I purchased it off a guy in Queens, whcih is why the suspension is shot. Roads in NYC are horrible! But I probably would be replacing the suspension anyways even if it was good, so it doesnt really matter all that much to me. My last 2 vehicles were grand cherokees. All and all I have owned the whole Jeep line and have also spent alot of time fixing them. I am officially done with jeeps. I have better things to do than fixing shiit every other weekend. Its funny though, coming from a Jeep forum where there is like 5 pages a day from people that had stuff go wrong with their jeep that day, then I come here and see thats not the case with 4runners! So, ya just thought I would introduce myself and say whats up to everyone. I posted a few pictures from when I picked her up. I will post more after I have the wheels powdercoated black and front windows tinted. Also what shocks do you guys recomend for the 4runner? I dont want to spend a fortune, but I dont want garabage either. Thanks.
